This classic photograph of Morris Knee and Harry Goulding, owner of Goulding's Lodge ( who invited John Ford to make movies at Monument Valley in the 1930s) shows them with their cameras taking in the incredible view of the clouds moving off to the north while the sun sets to the west flooding the valley floor with golden light. Harry and Earl were good friends and Morris was always Earl's preferred guide.
